Summary
Introduced with the Corporations (Fees) Amendment Bill 2010, the bill amends the
Corporations Act 2001
to: require Australian market licensees to monitor and enforce compliance with market operating rules; require the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to supervise domestic Australian market licensees; and enable ASIC to make and enforce market integrity rules.
